I'm Jessica- A Reiki practitioner, sound healer and intuitive guide devoted to creating spaces where people can soften, exhale, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom.

My work is rooted in the belief that healing isn't something that's done to you - It's something that unfolds with you. 

I approach each session as a collaborative & embodied experience, meeting you exactly where you are with curiosity, care, and deep respect for your nervous system & lived experience.

Through Reiki, sound, breath, intuitive guidance, and gentle movement. I hold space for regulation, clarity, and self-trust to emerge organically. No two sessions are ever the same. Each offering is guided by what is present in the moment and what your body and energy are ready to receive.

Nature, slowness, and safety are central in my practice. Whether we are working together one-on-one, in a group setting, or outdoors in the quiet beauty of my garden studio, my intention is always the same: to create a container where you feel supported enough to listen inward & remember what you already know. 

This work isn't about fixing or becoming someone new. It is about returning to yourself.
